Divine Valentine’s Fudge

Fudge
So without further due, here it is a 5 minute blissful preparation that will make you lick the blender. You can also make if for your friends and put it inside beautiful chocolate box available at Michaels.

Blend together:

1/4 Cup Almond Milk (I make fresh and recipe is on Heal ‘N Glow Pinterest)
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
2 tsp GF Vanilla
1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cup Carob Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Coconut Butter or Oil

Blend and pour into a parchment lined pan.
Spread out evenly.
Freeze overnight (it has a consistency of ice cream)
Inspired by David Wolfe, adjusted by me and my personal preference for
cacao/carob blend…

Try not to let the chocolate touch your teeth and allow it to melt in your mouth allowing the message to get to you brain:

“Yay! Chocolate! Start the endorphin production!”

When chocolate is chewed or eaten rapidly, the whole bar can be consumed before the body has time to send the endorphin hit. It is easier to implement this tip with a bar of dark chocolate, so with this one, make sure you are sitting down and simply delight in the smooth taste feeling happy and grateful for everything!
